All data collection is configured to avoid personally identifiable information (PII) and focuses strictly on improving app reliability and user experience.

  • Privacy Enhanced: No advertising tracking or data collection when subscribed

Premium subscribers enjoy enhanced privacy as we disable advertising modules and related data collection. Subscription management is handled entirely through your App Store account.

3. Content and Copyright Disclaimer

Important Legal Notice:

  • Quote Sources: MotiWave includes motivational quotes from famous personalities, movies, books, and public figures. While we strive to use public domain or fairly attributed content, we cannot guarantee all quotes are free from copyright claims.
  • No Liability: Digital Ventures OU assumes NO responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement claims related to quotes, images, or other content within the app.
  • Fair Use Claim: Content is used for educational, inspirational, and personal development purposes under fair use principles.
  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their use of quotes and any content shared from the app.
  • Attribution Efforts: We make reasonable efforts to attribute quotes correctly but cannot guarantee accuracy of all attributions.
